Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences is a four-and-a half year undergraduate program. The full form of BNYS is Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yoga Sciences. The degree programme will explore various aspects of Yoga and Naturopathy. The program provides students with a basic understanding of yoga and naturopathy as therapeutic approaches for diverse health concerns. The course includes a wide range of topics, including anatomy, physiology and pathology, nutrition as well as yoga therapy, naturopathic concepts, herbal medicine, lifestyle modification, and naturopathic principles. The program also includes a mandatory one-year internship ,which is assessed before the degree is conferred. There are more than 32 universities and 46 colleges in India that offer BNYS courses.
