UP NEET UG counselling 2025 dates and schedule will be released by DMET Uttar Pradesh at upneet.gov.in for 85% of the state quota seats at medical and dental colleges across Uttar Pradesh.
eduethicadmin The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) will conduct the counselling process for admission to undergraduate medical courses, including MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BYMS, BUMS, and BHMS, in government and private medical and dental colleges across the state of Uttar Pradesh. Students who qualifies the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate are eligible to appear for UP NEET UG counselling process. DMET will conduct the UP NEET counselling 2025 for 85% of the state quota reserved seats.
The UP NEET UG counselling 2025 schedule PDF will be released by DMET Uttar Pradesh along with round-wise counselling dates. It is expected that the UP NEET counselling process 2025 will begin from the first week of July 2025. The authorities will tentatively conduct three rounds of UP NEET UG 2025 counselling, followed by two rounds of mop-up counselling. However, the counselling rounds are strictly based on the number of vacant seats after each round of counselling.

Step 1: Registration – Candidates interested in participating in the UP NEET 2025 counselling process have first to complete their registration on the official website, upneet.gov.in. UP NEET UG counselling registration is the first and foremost step to participate in the counselling process.
Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking – Once registration and verification are complete, students must fill in and lock their preferred course and college choices in the order of priority. The choice filling must be completed within the deadline to ensure eligibility to participate in the counselling process.
Step 3: Seat Allotment – The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) will evaluate the applications and announce the UP NEET UG 2025 seat allotment results online for the candidates who have been allotted seats.
Step 4: Admission - Students who are allotted a seat in the seat allotment process must complete the admission formalities and submit the required documents to ensure they secure the allotted seat.
