NEET-UG 2024 : Supreme Court Refuses To Stall Re-Test For Candidates Whose Grace Marks Were Revoked

The Supreme Court issued a notice on Thursday regarding a petition filed by the National Testing Agency to transfer petitions relating to the NEET UG 2024 examination to the Supreme Court. The Ministry of Education requested a detailed investigation report from the Economic Offences Unit of Bihar Police regarding alleged irregularities during the NEET UG 2024 examination held in Patna. The Education Ministry clarified the NEET UG 2024 exam was cancelled due to concerns about its integrity. The ministry said it would not hesitate to take legal action against those involved in the irregularities. Students have filed petitions demanding an independent and separate investigation into the alleged NEET irregularities. Students have demanded the cancellation of this exam.
