What is the Admission Process for a Bachelor in Hospital Administration?
BHA Admission in India can vary little according to rules and guidelines set by the institutes. The candidates who are interested in the Bachelor program can apply to the respective colleges or Universities through an online portal or offline mode with the required information.
Few universities have a direct admission system, while most have entrance exam provisions—the merit basis admission on graduation marks, i.e., 10+2 with compulsory Biology.
BHA Entrance based admission is done through the following steps :
- In the case of UGAT, candidates have to register and then wait for notification of the availability of an online application, mainly in January.
- After filling out the application with the correct details, one month is given for completing and finally submitting the application.
- Uploading the required documents and paying the application fee is crucial; otherwise, the application will not be accepted.
- Candidates are allowed to apply to not most 3 participating universities for the BHA program.
- The Entrance exam gives the option to choose from many exam centers according to the candidate's convenience.

- After the declaration of results, universities will release their cut-off. Only those candidates who have managed to clear the cut-off will be called for admission to the given course.
