MAT Exam 2024: May Dates Out; Check Registration, Syllabus

The MAT 2024 registration process for the May 2024 phase is underway. Candidates interested in appearing for the exam can fill out the application online at the AIMA MAT website. The candidate must create a login ID to fill out the MAT form. Those who have appeared for MAT before can use their existing ID to fill out the MAT application form again. In the May 2024 phase of MAT, there will be one CBT, one PBT, and three IBTs. The registration process and fees for all three modes are the same. MAT Registration Process 2024

The MAT application process is the same for all three exam modes - PBT, CBT, and IBT. Candidates can apply for their preferred test mode and session at the AIMA website. Check below the process to apply for the MAT exam:

• Open the AIMA-MAT website in a new browser: https://mat.aima.in/
• Enter name, date of birth, email ID, state, city, mobile phone number, test mode and a password
• Click on the 'register' button to create a login account
• On the next page, select the preferred test mode (CBT, PBT, IBT) test cities and 5 B-Schools
• Make a fee payment of INR 2,100 via debit/credit card, net banking, or e-wallet 
• Fill out the MAT 2024 exam application form with relevant information
• Upload a recent passport-size photo and scanned signature
• Fill in the remaining fields and click on submit
• An acknowledgement will be shared in an email

MAT Admit Card 2024

MAT admit card 2024 for every exam session is different. Candidates must ensure they download and carry the session-specific admit card. In order to download the MAT hall ticket, candidates will have to key in the registration number and date of birth on the login page of the AIMA-MAT website. Below are the steps to download the MAT admit card:

• Open the MAT 2024 website
• Go to 'download/view'
• Select ' MAT admit card' from the drop-down
• Enter your email ID, password, and date of birth
• Download the MAT 2024 admit card 

The admit card will also be released for IBTs. Students taking the MAT IBT must upload their MAT admit card for identification through remote proctoring during the exam. 

MAT Exam Day Guidelines 

• Students who are taking the MAT in IBT mode should prepare a laptop or desktop and test their internet connection one hour before the exam.
• Candidates should dress formally and have admit cards and other documents available for remote verification.
• The MAT CBT and PBT will be conducted between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The candidates must report to the exam center before 8:30 AM.
• Candidates are advised to carry either a black or blue ballpoint pen. Candidates in CBT will use it to sign the attendance sheet, while candidates in PBT will fill out the OMR sheet and sign the attendance.
• Electronic watches, calculators, phones, and similar items are prohibited at the examination centre. Candidates must refrain from bringing any of these items to their exam.
• A digital or photocopy of your MAT admittance card is not considered valid proof of ID. Therefore, carry the original of your admit card.

Also, carry the below-mentioned documents to the MAT exam center for PBT and CBT mode exams:

• Admit card: Two printouts.
• Identity proof: Any of the following documents (in original) - Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Election I-Card, Passport, Driving License and PAN Card
• Proof of name change (if any): In case you have changed your name, you will be required to carry a document supporting the change of name
• Caste certificate (if applicable): If you belong to the SC/ST/OBC category, you are required to carry a caste certificate
