Aeronautical engineering is concerned about designing and maintaining the different aircrafts. It is done in order to guarantee a better level of mechanical and electronic accuracy along with safety measure functions. One has to work closely with the team that handles the coordination team for aircraft maintenance, engineers and in-flight teams.

Educational qualification: One should have at least appeared for their class 10 exams and passed the same. Students who have qualified the 10+2 stage with Maths and Physics are eligible for Part A. People with an Indian Air Force background and technical personnel are also eligible for the section A. For Section B the candidates that have passed Section A are eligible. A 3 year degree with science or a 4 year engineering course, a 3 year technical diploma, a 5 year architecture, a degree in Post graduation degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Applications.

Institutions: The best institutions in India that one can opt for:

  • Refuelling is also one of the jobs that are covered by the flight engineers. The checking is done on ground everyday irrespective of the fact whether it is going to be used that day or not.
  • Engineers have to be in track with the air crew about the different issues they have faced on air or off air and thus act on them accordingly. Maintenance of the aircraft for overhauls and general inspections is also their work.
