B.Tech in Civil Engineering Indian Institute of Technology Palakkad kerala

Civil Engineering is one of the four B-Tech disciplines that has been in existence in IIT Palakkad, since it opened its doors in August 2015. The Master of Science (by research) and the Doctor of Philosophy programs with specializations in the different streams of Civil Engineering started in July 2017, and the number of research scholars in these programmes have been increasing steadily. In addition, M.Tech program in Civil Engineering, with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering started in July 2019.

The faculty in Civil Engineering come with academic training from various reputed institutes in India and abroad. The diverse background of the faculty helps to bring in different perspectives to teaching and research to the students in Civil Engineering
