Five years of integrated programs in BBA and LLB (Hons.) in The Neotia University (TNU) recognized by the Bar Council of India. The program helps students acquire knowledge in two disciplines: Business Administration and Law. As part of this BBA with LLB course, students receive a comprehensive understanding of Commerce subjects like Principles of Management, Financial Accounting, Computer Applications, Effective Communication, and many more as well as detailed information about legal subjects like Law of Torts, Constitutional Law, Property Law, Company Law, Administrative Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, and similar subjects. This allows for an inter-disciplinary approach to learning law.

Faculty members have experience in academic courts and have experience in the industry. The best academics and the industry from the specialization areas create the course. In the course, students must visit Legal Aid Clinics, where they work with clients to offer legal aid to the poor. Courtroom education is offered at Calcutta High Court, Alipore Court, and Diamond harbor courts. The top corporate houses are part of the program to learn about the underlying questions in jurisprudence and the concepts of justice. Special classes are organized to help drafters by experts such as Senior Advocates and retired Judges. Special lectures are also arranged for students by inviting prominent lawyers from all over India and worldwide to discuss and engage with students on current socio-legal issues. Webinars, Workshops, and Seminars are regularly scheduled on a National and International level.

Students can experience actual court proceedings in the courtroom. Moot court not just aids in developing knowledge of the law as well as helping to improve writing, communication, legal research, the ability to present. In addition, it increases confidence. The Moot Court competition is organized for students to expose the legal environment.
