They are provided hands-on experience in Mobile Journalism, Audio/Video Production, Content Creation, Podcasting, Production, Direction, and Live Broadcasting. School of Modern Media students at UPES work in one of the most advanced studios in the country. Digital Audio is growing significantly in India as the next big digital platform. Enhancing demand in new radio formats, this specialization is designed to equip students to be Digital Content Creators with highly advanced skills for Radio & Audio Production. Students interested in producing or editing podcasts, learning storytelling for the audio medium, or understanding the post-production process for an audio product are fit for this course. The broad themes explored in this course include Digital Audio Storyboarding, Sound Design & Mixing, Audio & Podcast Production, Post Production, Distribution & Monetisation.

Since its inception, the foundation of higher learning at UPES has been to explore and promote areas of learning that are innovative and future-focused.
