Bachelor of Legislative  Law, commonly known as LLB, is an undergraduate course with the duration of three years and subdivided into six semesters (i.e. two semesters in each year) of study from a BCI (Bar Council of India) approved Law College in Delhi.

LLB course is also available in correspondence; students can pursue it in part-time or full-time mode also and to practice law before the courts or tribunals in the country, the student has to clear the exam conducted by the Bar Council of India (the Legal education apex body in India).
