The Pharmacy degree course of the Institute of Medicine (IOM), TU, has been designed for students to acquire sufficient understanding of the principles and techniques of the pharmaceutical science. It will provide students with a coordinated understanding, comprehensive knowledge and expertise in all disciplines of pharmacy. Lectures along with practical classes, seminars, in-plant training, interactive small group teaching and tutorials will be part of the Bachelor of Pharmacy program.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma), a four year academic degree program, is affiliated to Institute of Medicine (IOM), Tribhuvan University. The study of pharmacy is mainly concerned with the action of drugs on biological systems and their applications for human drug therapy. The program prepares graduates for the contemporary role of the pharmacist in society ensuring that patients optimise medication usage.
