The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is an integral part of National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand. The Department is equipped with latest computers with Intel i7 processor, 1TB Hard disk, 4 GB RAM and 23 inch monitors for comfortable view for students. The Department has made available several facilities in the Institute such as Internet Connectivity of 1Gbps from NKN, Wi-Fi facility in the whole campus, 24 X 7 surveillance of entire polytechnic Campus and Admin sections of ITI Campus etc.

Computer center is the unique feature of the department and is located near student hostels. The students can access the Internet in computer center from 8:00 in the morning to 8:30 in the evening. The computer center has two powerful servers from Dell and IBM. The department has good mixture of fresh as well as experienced faculties for fostering quality education to students. All the faculties are energetic, en
