The Department of Interdisciplinary Studies aims to develop protean graduates capable of viewing and addressing world realities from an interdisciplinary perspective. The Department offers a four-year Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (AB-IDS) program that provides students opportunities to define and design career track that suits their individual learning and career goals. The core curriculum offers theoretical and practical tools to integrate knowledge, drawn from 2 disciplines like Psychology and Education, Public Management and Communication, Information Technology and Business Management, or any combination of two disciplines within or across Colleges. Given the variety of programs in the AB -IDS curriculum, graduates have diverse career opportunities whether in media, human resources management, public relations and corporate communications, information technology, sales and marketing, entrepreneurship, government services, to name a few.
