Each country has its values and customs, traditions and religions, norms and culture, rules of conduct, rules and regulations,ethical business practices. The business strategy that is most effective in the country we live in could fail in a different country due to the difference in their culture and attitudes. Additionally, due to globalization and the rise of MNCs, you have to manage employees and personnel from various countries with different backgrounds and cultures. To succeed in business, one must be aware of the differences in the culture of their employees.

Since its beginning, the basis of higher education in UPES has been to investigate and foster learning opportunities that are cutting-edge and futuristic. This has led to continuous advancement in facilitating students' creative and collaborative learning opportunities by re-aligning courses and exploring virtual tools and open-source courseware. This has led to an environment of learning that is apprehensive and accessible to a wealth of information.

The new curriculum framework developed by UPES, ABLE (Academic Blueprint for Learning Excellence), is comprehensive throughout its design but focuses on each student's individual needs to learn, experience, discover, and challenge. The learning is divided into core subject areas, core specialism studies minors and exploratory subjects, and life skills and signature subjects. The three latter are offered by the recently established School for Life.

SFL (School for the Future) is an integral part of the complete UPES student experience. It facilitates education and learning that is an ideal blend of the needs of students and what they need from their future as global leaders and citizens of the future. Through courses that are designed to provide students with the ability to learn for life and a concentration on a variety of current issues, as well as an obligatory professional and social internship that is distinctive, UPES believes in igniting to ignite the best person within each of us to improve the world.

UPES reserves the right to conduct further online/paper-pencil mode exams for admission to various MBA programs in addition to the date already announced.

Admissions through National Level Tests

Students having a minimum MAT /CMAT 2022 score of 70 Percentile will be exempted from UPES Management Entrance Test and will only be called for Group Discussion and Interview if qualified. Valid 50 percentile and an above score of CAT 2021/ XAT 2022 A score of minimum 400 or above for GMAT, a score of 120 and above in NMAT 2021 / 22 scores will also be accepted.

**Up to 30% of seats shall be filled through the National Level Tests category (CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT). If candidates for such seats are not available, UPES has the right to fill these seats through MBA (UPESMET).
