The nutraceutical revolution will take us into a new age of health and medicine where the food sector is becoming research-driven like the pharmaceutical industry. Nutrition policy can be a crucial way to improve people's health and nutrition levels in the community. This program will allow students to aid governments in developing policies and programs related to nutrition. The law governing nutrition and food policies, regulations, and acts have a significant impact on the overall development of the entire community. So, having a deep understanding of these laws can improve public health and help eradicate the spreading of non-communicable illnesses.
Nutrition plays a vital role in every aspect of life; therefore, comprehensive knowledge can fulfill the demands of society. This course will assist students in understanding the fundamentals and advances within the area of nutraceuticals and the development of nutrition policies to improve public health.

Since its beginning, the basis of higher education within UPES has been to investigate and foster learning opportunities that are creative and forward-looking. The new framework for curriculum at UPES, ABLE (Academic Blueprint for Learning Excellence), is complete in its design and yet is focused on the specific needs of each student to explore the world, experiment, and be challenged. Learning is divided into core subject areas and core specialisms, minors/exploratory subject areas, and life-skills and signature subjects. The recently established School provides these three courses for life.
SFL (School for Living) is an integral part of the overall UPES student experience. It aids in learning and education, balanced between what students desire and what they need from the future leaders and citizens of the future world. Through courses designed to provide students with the ability to learn for life with a particular emphasis on a broad range of current issues, as well as an obligatory professional and social internship that is distinctive, UPES believes in igniting to awaken the best of oneself to improve the world.
