Eligibility Criteria

• All students who expect to graduate/postgraduate from VGI by the end of the academic year seek employment.
• Each student should register to the placement cell with the filled registration form and submit the hard copy of the student-placement registration form to the placement officer along with their resume.
• All students who wish to participate in the Institute campus placements should register for the soft skills program organized by the institute.
• All students should compulsorily attend all the soft skills classes, failing which needs the cancellation of placement registration.

The department is responsible for the interests of students and employers by offering them the right platform.

• VGI assures the student a secured position, provided that: 
• At a minimum, 85% attendance in all co-curricular and academic programs.  
• It is a requirement to earn at least 75% marks on assessments for academics and non-academics. Students will be provided with the proper training to assist them in attaining the highest level of personal and academic achievements. We are expecting them to do their best and strive to improve simultaneously.
• It is accessible to all functions/sectors and all locations.
• Displays 100% compliance with the disciplinary and placement rules. 
• Are you willing to work for a company for a minimum of a year time.
• Anyone who scores an 80% or more on the exam will be given a place in DIOS and the Corporate Resource Department (CRD) and DIOS.
• We have found that those who put in the effort and have an upbeat personality (attaining 75%or higher on internal tests) can land a good job. However, despite the rigorous education provided by colleges, students who do not score well might still be unable to find a decent job. In general, candidates who achieve 60%-75% are guaranteed an unassailable job. The guarantee implies complete flexibility in the type of work and can be canceled if the applicant is not flexible.
