Clinical research allows health professionals to develop new diagnostic and therapeutic methods and medical devices to provide better patient care. M.Sc. for Research in Clinical Research is a two-year postgraduate program that provides hands-on learning through a comprehensive course.
The Clinical Pharmacokinetics specialization encourages students to study the fundamental principles of pharmacokinetics (PK), comprising aspects that influence the absorption, distribution, metabolism binding, and excretion of drugs. It also incorporates these concepts in monitoring, evaluating, and altering patient dosages. Students are provided with the ability to understand drug concentrations within the therapeutic range and the elaboration of dosage adjustments that keep therapeutic concentrations. After completing the course, students will contribute to the design, planning, and evaluation of research from pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics (PD). They will use this knowledge to develop the process of the clinical drug. The course will also give an in-depth understanding of the analysis of pharmacokinetic data and advanced Research in PK/PD modeling with the focus on the modeling of disease progression as well as the application of mechanisms-based approaches.

Since its beginning, the fundamentals of higher education within UPES have been to investigate and encourage learning areas that are exciting and forward-looking. This has resulted in constant improvement in the way we facilitate collaboration and creative learning activities for students by reorienting the courses and exploring online tools, as well as open-source courseware. This has led to the possibility of unlimited learning and access to unlimited information.
The new framework for curriculum at UPES, ABLE (Academic Blueprint for Learning Excellence), is complete in its design and yet is focused on the student's unique needs to explore experiences, discover, investigate, and be challenged. The learning is broken down into core subjects as well as core specialisms studies minors/exploratory subject areas, and life skills and signature learning. The recently established School provides these three courses for Life.
SFL (School for the Future) is an integral part of the complete UPES student experience. It helps students learn and attain a degree that balances what students desire and expected future global citizens and leaders. With programs designed to equip students with lifelong learning capabilities with a particular concentration on a variety of current issues, as well as an obligatory professional and social internship that is distinctive, UPES believes in igniting to ignite the best version of oneself to make a difference in the world.
Students should have done the X and the XII Courses with 50 percent and graduate in any stream, including Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Biotechnology Microbiology, Botany, and Zoology), M.B.B.S. / B.D.S. / B.A.M.S. / B.H.M.S./B.U.M.S. / BVSc. / B.S.S.M. ) Bachelors in Physiotherapy B.
