MJMC (Master of Journalism & Mass Communication) has been an advanced mass communication program for two years. The course studies different types of mass media, including newspapers and radio, television, films, and others, to deliver information to a broad audience. The course assists students in providing the latest theoretical and practical skills in different media fields, including journalism and advertising events, public relations, event management, and many more. It also serves as an introductory course for those looking to establish a career in the area of research.

 

Eligibility Criteria

The fundamental eligibility requirements for pursuing this Master of Journalism & Mass Communication course is described below:

Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree from a recognized university or institute.

Candidates must achieve a minimum aggregate percentage (usually 50-60 percent) following the university's requirements to which they wish to apply.

Sometimes, students with an advanced postgraduate degree may also be qualified to participate in the course.

Candidates who can hold their own in English are usually more preferred for admission.
