Adesh University, a private university located in Bathinda (Punjab), was founded in 2012 by Adesh Foundation. The University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Medical Council of India(MCI) approved it. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, PG Diploma, and research courses in various fields. The UG courses include MBBS, BPT, BDS, B. Pharma, B.Lib, M.Sc., and B.Sc. Students can get placed in the medical network through the medical college. Their hospital, Adesh Hospital, is available for night shits, paramedical work, and resident medical doctors. Internships are also available for students, which include stipends. The amount of stipend paid will vary depending on the role and responsibility.

Adesh University covers an area of 100 acres, while academic buildings cover 40 acres. There is also a large auditorium cum 2 examination hall that can hold 500 students. It has a 500 square-meter area. Below are some other facilities:

• Library- The university boasts an extensive centrally air-conditioned library that has 4 reading rooms. There are 13,502 books in the library, along with over 200 journals from both national and international sources. The library also subscribes to 1,349 electronic journals. Both students and teachers have access to computers as well as internet facilities.
• Hostel - The university offers hostel facilities with 144 rooms for boys and 244 for girls. The hostel rooms include cupboards, study areas with internet connectivity, comfortable beds, and bathrooms. The Adesh medical college hostels can be found on the Bathinda campus. AIMSR hostel rooms can be shared, and A hostel room can sleep 3 people. There are 144 rooms for boys and 244 rooms for girls. Nearly 600 students can be accommodated in the hostel. All students must follow the college hostel rules.
• Sports - It offers a variety of indoor and outdoor sports activities to improve students' physical health.

• Canteen - The University college has three canteens and a mess area for students, staff, and patients.
