NC College of Engineering, Israna was established in 1998.The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University and approved by AICTE. NCCE offers B.Tech. Programmes in seven specialty, four M.Tech. Programmes, one Integrated program Masters of Technology Management, BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA and Doctoral Programmes in four disciplines In 2008, the institute was declared a Centre of Excellence in Technical Education and conferred complete autonomy by the State Government The college is ISO 9000:2008 Certified The campus is sprawling over 25 acres of land and consists of state of art laboratory 43 classrooms, Drawing Halls, Ultra-modern Libraries, Computer Center, Administrative Offices, Meditation Halls, Music Rooms, Seminar Halls etc.
