One of the India’s leading Law School Symbiosis Law School, Pune (SLS, Pune) was formerly known as Symbiosis Society’s Law School. The school is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950. It was established as an educational & cultural center of international standards by Dr. S. B. Mujumdar (President & Founder Director) in the year 1971. Symbiosis Law School was founded in June 1977 Earlier the school was affiliated to University of Pune and in 2002 the school became a constituent of Symbiosis International University The school is accredited ‘A’ Grade by NAAC (UGC) Symbiosis Law School is approved by Bar Council of India This 36 years old school achieved various high points in teaching, learning and research The school receives GOLD AWARD from the Bar Council of India in 2013
