Rao IIT Academy was established at Kota by a Research Scientist, a Technocrat - turned - outstanding teacher Dr. B.V. Rao, M.SC., M.S.(IIT Madras), Ph.D.(IIT Delhi) who has carved the careers of thousands of students for over two decades.
