The permanent campus of the institute is under possession and construction is expected to be finished in scheduled time.

Excellent links to reach Sambalpur are available from Bhubaneswar and Raipur via rail, road, and air. With Jharsuguda airport – an hours drive from the Institute – is operational from 31st  March 2019,  and with the recently built Biju Expressway, connectivity is as good as it can get.
