Hemnalini Memorial College of Engineering - [HMCE]

Hemnalini Memorial College of Engineering is a new Technical Institute, Hemnalini Memorial College of Engineering, under Bhattacharya Engineering Education and Research Trust has been constructed in Balindi near Kalyani, a municipal town in Nadia, WB. The college is under the newly formed Haringhata municipality. The college is already a part of education and research destination with Kalyani University, Indian Institute of Science, Education and Research (IISER), National Institute of Biomedical Genomics, Bidhan Chandra Agricultural University (BCKV), Haringhata Dairy Farm, as well as the new campus of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad(MAKAUT). The Govt. of West Bengal has just (Nov 29, 2013) offered 70-acre land to Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics (SINP) in this educational hub to compete for the Rs. 6000-cr synchrotron center project. Our college is by the Kalyani Road near "Kalyani More" on NH 34 about 9 km from Kalyani main railway station with adequate public transportation from Kalyani
