D.A.V. (PG) College

Established in 1974 to caier to the needs of underprivileged students from rural, semi- urban ami urban areas, the D A.V. College. Karnal has become a repuled centre of learning in Haryana state. It has become an institution of great standing within a short span. Starting with just 272 students in the faculties of art. commerce at the undergraduate level, the College has now as many as 2552 students (including 532 girls) on its roll in various faculties at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The NAAC accredited prestigious college now offers following courses. B.A., B.Com (General), D.Com (lions.), B.Com (Computer Application) and B.Com (Tax Procedure & Practice), BCA, BAMC, B.Sc. (Comp. Science), B.Sc. (Non-Med.) and BBA and some post-graduate courses, viz. M.A. (English), M.Com., M.A. (Economics), M.Sc. (Maths), M.Sc. (Geography) and PGDCA.
