AIT is a dream project of Hon. Adv. Vaibhav(Dada) Patil, son of Hon. Sadashivrao(Bhau) Patil and grandson of late Hon. Hanamantrao(Saheb) Patil. The college is further an integral part of Loknete Ho. Hanamantrao Patil Charitable Trust,Vita which was founded in the Year 1970 to spruce and spearhead the works, dreams and vision of the agile leader Mr. Hanamantrao Patil who brought in a sea change in the lives of the people in and around the region. The land owes tribute to the leader who had brought in economic reforms, social awareness, lifestyle changes, prosperity and progress in the lives and heart of the people through his dynamic leadership. He believed that to disperse the darkness education was the sole tool and strongly led an initiative to set up schools and colleges with global perspective, modern standards and one that fulfilled the requirements of the future needs.
