Initially, the college was constructed as an establishment for training prominent medical professionals worldwide. In less than a decade, the establishment developed into the most sought after medical college in Nepal. More than 2000 successful medical students graduated from this college, inclusive of graduate and postgraduate courses that practice medicine worldwide. Eligibility Criteria
The following mentioned below is the universal college of medical science Nepal eligibility criteria to get admission and study MBBS in Nepal:
The age of the applicant should be above 17 years in age.
The applicant must have completed their 10+2 or higher secondary education from a recognized board.
The applicant must have chemistry, physics, and biology as their main subjects in 10+2
The applicant must get a min. the score of 50% in the higher secondary examination or 10+2
The applicant must get a valid score in the NEET entrance examination to study MBBS in Nepal.
Students have o also appear for an entrance examination conducted by the university known as TU-IOM, which requires the applicant to have min. 50% score.
The college enrols students based on merit performance, management, and international quotas.
Applicants must have passed school education in a 10 + 2 pattern from any recognized education board or equivalent qualification recognized by universities.
The primary subject of study must be Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
The minimum qualifying mark for applying is 50 % in aggregate.
The university conducts entrance exams for the applicants. The minimum eligibility score is 50 %
Students who secured 50% and above in all subjects can apply for admission in the direct quota.
Students who missed the timeline for applying or failed to meet the eligibility with minimum marks can apply for admission under Management Quota.
International students, inclusive of Indian students, can seek admission under NRI Quota, Nepal.
