NEET PG 2024 counselling registration for round 1 commenced on September 20, 2024. MCC has released the whole dates and schedule of NEET PG counselling 2024. Candidates must register and declare choices for college and course on the official website of MCC, MCC.nic.in, to participate in the counselling for NEET PG 2024.

The choice filling will begin on November 8, 2024. The last round-1 registration and choice-filling date for NEET PG counseling 2024 is November 17, 2024. The result of round-1 counselling will be declared on November 20, 2024.

The exam conducting body released the NEET PG 2024 merit list for 50% of All India quota seats on September 5, 2024. Candidates in the merit list are eligible to participate in the seat allotment process. The exam was held on August 11, 2024. NEET PG 2024 result was declared on August 23, 2024.

Only candidates who qualify for NEET PG with the minimum cut-off percentile can participate in the seat allotment process. NEET PG counselling comprises online registration, fee payment, choice declaration, seat allotment results, and reporting. It must be noted that MCC conducts counseling for 50% of All India Quota seats while respective state counseling authorities will conduct counseling for 50% of AIQ seats. MCC conducts four rounds of counseling for seat allotment in deemed central universities, 50% AIQ seats, and 50 State quota seats.

Candidates must register online and declare their choice to participate in counseling. Registration can be done on the official website of MCC, mcc.nic.in. For registration, candidates must log in with their email ID and mobile number and fill out the application form. Candidates can declare several choices based on their preference for college and course. It must be noted choices must be saved and locked before the deadline, as there is no option to change the choices after the deadline. Choices are automatically closed after the last date.

Seats are allotted based on the choice filled, the availability of seats in a particular institute, reservation criteria, and other factors. Select “PG Medical Counselling”
Click on the registration link for NEET PG 2024 counseling
Submit details such as name, date of birth, application form number, etc.
A login credentials will be generated
Login and provide personal information like contact number, category, application number
Pay the registration fee for counseling

MCC will conduct four rounds of NEET PG 2024 counseling. Registration can be done at the start of each round except the last stray vacancy round. Through NEET PG 2024 counseling, MCC will allocate around 26,168 MD, 13,649 MS, 922 PG Diploma, and 1,388 DNB CET seats.
