BLS LLB Course: Full Form, Entrance Exam , Admission 2024, Fees, Syllabus, Top Colleges

BLS LLB full form is Bachelor of Legal Science & Bachelor of Legislative Law, a five-year integrated law course that aspirants can pursue right after Class 12. BLS LLB course is similar to BA LLB and BBA LLB courses in that candidates receive two separate degrees on completion of the course, BLS and LLB. However, the only difference between these law courses is that in a BLS LLB course, aspirants are taught all the topics from a legal point of view right from the beginning, which is not the case in a BA LLB or a BBA LLB course.

In the first two years of a BLS LLB program, aspirants are taught subjects such as Economics, Political Science, History, English, and Legal Language, and in the remaining three years of the program, candidates are taught subjects like Contracts, Constitutions, Family law, Labour Laws, etc.

As part of an integrated BLS LLB course, candidates have imparted education through classroom teaching methods, case studies, and moot courts.

BLS LLB eligibility is that candidates who have cleared 10+2 with a minimum 55 percent aggregate can take admission to the BLS LLB course. Some top entrance exams for BLS LLB are the DU LLB Entrance Exam, SET, CLAT, AILET, LSAT, etc. Moreover, some top colleges for BLS LLB are St. Wilfred's College of Law, SVKM's Pravin Gandhi College of Law, Bharati Vidyapeeth's New Law College, etc.
