Bicol Christian College of Medicine was founded in 1975. The college was established in 1975 by Dr Damaceno J. Ago. It is situated in Legazpi City.

Bicol Christian College of Medical Sciences (amec-bccm), Philippines, is the first medical school globally that has risen to the top spot in producing the most delicate and brilliant medical specialists within the Bicol Region of the Philippines. The college is a member of the Association of Philippine Medical Colleges Foundation as well as an approved member of the Foundation of the Advancement of International Medical Education and Research. The Bicol Christian Medical College in the Philippines is also recognized internationally by the World Health Organization.

Eligibility Criteria

The following are the requirements for eligibility to pursue an MBBS for AMECBCCM

• An MBBS candidate must have at least 50 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• The student must be able to pass every subject in the 12th grade in addition to English being a mandatory subject.
• Candidates do not need to take entrance tests such as GMAT, TOEFL, IELTS, or others. To be considered for admission.
